HC series booms/manipulators can automatically weld the inside & outside, circular & longitudinal seams on boilers, pressure vessels and piping. There are two types of clamping devices on the column, one is by manual, and the other is an air clamp, customers can choose as per their requirement.

The 180degree swivel head allows quick change between longitudinal and circular seam welds. Motorised slides for vertical and horizontal fine adjustment. Optional flux recovery unit as shown in picture.
